1. What kinds of ice cream will I receive with my membership?
We feature only specialty, hard-to-find ice creams from boutique producers across the country. All of our ice creams are selected by our panel of taste-testing experts for their gourmet flavor, creamy texture, and limited availability.
2. Do you send a wide variety of ice creams?
Each month you’ll receive four different flavors of premium, gourmet ice cream guaranteed to please even the most serious of ice cream connoisseurs. Past selections of the Ice Cream of the Month Club have included all-time classics like Dutch Chocolate and French Vanilla as well as incredible new flavors like Banana Blueberry and Strawberry Almond Mousse.
3. How much ice cream is included in each monthly delivery?
Each month we feature four different, one-pint selections of incredible, hand-crafted ice cream. More than enough to share (although you won’t want to)!
4. How is your ice cream packaged?
All of our ice creams are delivered in specially-designed packaging with dry ice to prevent spoilage and to ensure safe delivery. You'll also receive our Ice Cream Lovers Newsletter with information regarding our monthly selections and discounted offers should you wish to re-order a specific ice cream.
5. Can I choose the ice creams that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what ice creams you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our taste-testing professionals.
6. What if I don't like one of the ice creams? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
7. How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Ice Cream of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
8. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
9. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by express service (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
10. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
11. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
